I'll be at this weekend's 'FIBER Festival' in Amsterdams 'Trouw' Building (former newspaper printworks) this weekend selling some groovy sweet and savoury baked goods. Today I've been doing some little experiments with edible glow-in-the-dark effects on marzipan. They are, if you ask me, cooler than cool and bloody awesome!!
