Well I know you'll tell me off for shouting about my own cakes...but these beauties ARE WONDERFUL!! I do not know why I haven't made them before? They taste like heaven in your mouth, and then they melt. Delicious. 

Minus all the arm effort they are surprisingly easy! Customers at Smaak on the Leliegracht had the luxury of eating them, and I also made a batch for Ellen and Jarl's party.

Happy Birthday Bruno!

Happy 3rd Birthday Bruno! Me and Robert made this cake for him - he asked for a helicopter cake...so we made buildings and added these cute little helicopter candle holders on the top. We also made H's for the helipads...and Bruno was happy ;)

Happy Birthday Noor!

I made this for Noor who was one year old on friday! I hope she liked it, not sure quite how much she ate since she's only one....
